I can't believe I'm posting this!

It's been so long since I've posted anything on here. In the last week, I have been having alot of contractions and signs that I could be going into labor real soon. I had a Dr appt last Tuesday and one of the nurses told me to go home and get something good to eat because I will need the energy-she was sure I was in pre-term labor. My mom was just as excited as we were, and bought a plane ticket Wednesday night and flew to Albuquerque Thursday morning. Mom had even dug out the pictured maternity dress that she had sewn and wore when she was pregnant with Justin and I! It's a little hippy, but I'm sure back in style...somewhere! We had fun and a few laughs when I tried it on!

Well, three weeks prior to due date my buddies and I got together as a last hoorah before my friend Joe (on the left) gets married. Two days of Golfing and still no baby. Congrats Joe!!!

July 4th

Happy 4th of July! Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Pat and I just kept it low key this year. We packed a cooler of food and the atlas and took off in the Mustang for the day. We took a nice drive through the mountains and found a campground to have a picnic. It wasn't quite the romantic location I had in mind-too many people celebrating! But, it was so hot and we were so hungry by then that it didn't matter at the time. At night, we walked down our street to a high open area and watched a couple different fireworks displays throughout the city. It was so pretty with all the city lights!

Sweet Pea's First Entry!!

This is a picture of our 34th week ultrasound done June 26th. It is a little blurry, but I thought it was so precious that I just had to put it on here. She kept sticking her little tongue out-it was so cute to watch! We got lots of comments from our doctor and the rest of the clinic on her chubby cheeks. They estimated that she currently weighs 5 pounds 15 ounces and at full term should be about 8 pounds. We are anxious for your arrival!!

Welcome Brayden Michael!

Pat is doing a little practicing here-holding Brayden Michael. He was born June 10th to our good friends, Chris & Maria & joins big sister Alexis. Rumor has it that Sweet Pea will have a little boyfriend! Pat's already getting his gun cleaning kit out!!
