Cora is 2 months old!

Cora is 2 months old today. She definitely is our snuggly baby. She loves to smile, and has the cutest little flirtatious look about her. She sometimes will be smiling at you and then shys away & turns her head into you. So cute :) Cora's still not sleeping through every night, but we do get 2-3 nights of her sleeping from about 10pm-6am, so I'll take that. Cora and Olivia have been in daycare now for a week and it's been going pretty well for both. I'm missing my girls terribly, but we have the best daycare so that helps. Big sister Olivia is doing quite well with her, and loves on her alot. Other than that, Cora does what every other 2 month old baby does. She's been such a good baby & we are enjoying her so much!

Last week of maternity leave at G & G Driscoll's

Olivia, Cora, and I spent the last week of my maternity leave at Grandma and Grandpa Driscoll's. Pat went on a 5 day fishing trip to Lake of the Woods, MN with his dad and brothers, so I decided to try my luck with a newborn and 3 year old who has to potty all the time, and do the 6 hour drive. For the trip over, G & G decided to ride their motorcycle over to Watertown, which is about half way. We had lunch and then Grandma rode with us. It was great company & a nice way to break up the trip. The ride home was smooth too. Olivia fell asleep about half way home-slept through the drive through for lunch, feeding Cora in the pkg lot, and woke up 10 minutes before we got home. It took us right at 6 hours-2 chicks going that long w/o a potty break I thought was pretty good! We had a nice relaxing week. The girls of course got spoiled. Olivia charmed the pants off the 2 of them-some of it being naughty, some being just cute. She definitely had us going all week!

Labor Day Weekend

We spent the weekend in Mpls at Pat's sister Molly's. It was a great time- a little colder than what I would have liked, but still got some nice weather. We started out the day Saturday watching the Hawkeyes, then grilled, and had a bonfire. Sunday we did a little shopping & took the kids to the Como zoo, out to eat at Buca di Beppo, and then back to Molly's for some Apples to Apples.

There isn't a Hawkeye game in the Froehlich family without the attire!

At the Como Zoo-Olivia wasn't too big of a fan of the animals & we had to carry her most of the time. She was especially afraid of the monkeys, which really surprised me. I think most of it was just being over tired.

Andy & Jason-Jason was holding on for dear life!

Cora after the zoo trip-she was such a good baby the whole day & didn't hear a peep through all the shopping, zoo, and dinner.
