Pat and I celebrated our 1st Anniversary today. It has been a busy but wonderful year, with the highlight being becoming parents to Olivia.Tonight we got a babysitter for Olivia (thanks again Jerry & Nadine) and went out for a nice dinner at Seasons in Old Town. Even though it's only been two months, we had kind of forgotten what it was like for just the two of us to get away. We took advantage of it and enjoyed a very nice evening out.
Pat also surprised me today with an anniversary vacation/2nd honeymoon to Costa Rica next Spring! I was shocked! I was there 10 years ago and spent 2 months at a Spanish language school and have always wanted to go back. It is such a beautiful country. Now we've been busy looking at packages and planning our trip. What a wonderful husband Pat is!
